Job summary

CBRE seeks a Software Engineer for Master Systems Integration of building management systems (BMS). You will build control databases, create UIs and set up control programs per project specs and sales proposals.

This role includes on-site and remote support, field startup, and system commissioning across global enterprise projects. You will implement complex programming, perform site checkouts, and document resolutions for the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering; combination of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with building management systems, commissioning and IT networking.
• Strong knowledge of standard procedures and ability to analyze and apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences and panel layouts.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Coordinate installation with contractors and provide on-site/remote technical support.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
