Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) II to provide technical authority and direction in the development and implementation of energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning activities, supporting IS project delivery and collaborating with the engineering of record to optimize building systems.

This role requires 50% travel, the ability to lead site surveys, design energy strategies, review submittals, and mentor Technical Services staff while upholding ENFRA’s standards

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and Customer/Client orientation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others.
• Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and project scope.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx and system integration.
• Review RFPs and submittals for conformance with contract documents.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to Technical Services staff.
• Conduct commissioning and peer reviews of design documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet project outcomes.
