Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) II to support Integrated Solutions (IS) project delivery and energy conservation efforts. The role provides technical authority across commissioning, retro-commissioning, and system optimization in collaboration with the engineer of record.

The candidate should have 6–10 years in engineering design or energy management, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Effective verbal and written communication and client focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical authority in RCx project delivery and commissioning.
• Lead site surveys and develop energy conservation strategies.
• Review submittals and ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Collaborate with engineers of record and project teams.
• Mentor Technical Services staff and develop standards/processes.
