Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a HVAC Controls Specialist II in Creve Coeur, MO to join the Technical Services team. The role focuses on evaluating, programming, optimizing, and testing building systems on-site or remotely, with a solutions-based approach to retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in HVAC or related field, 7+ years in commissioning or related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with CxAlloy and

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related technical field.
• +7 years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal information and direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with ENFRA policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with the project delivery team and Team Manager.
• Execute and complete tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Participate in site surveys and due diligence to determine facility conditions and energy conservation measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope as part of commissioning.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and develop pre-functional checklists.
• Develop functional performance tests and technical reports to support project progress and understanding of building systems.
