Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist II to join our Technical Services team. The role involves evaluating, programming, optimizing, and testing building systems on-site or remotely, with a focus on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning.

You will collaborate with engineers, facilities staff, and trade partners to drive energy savings and project outcomes. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commissioning and strong knowledge of building automation, CxAlloy, and

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management or related field.
+7 years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical/electrical/building automation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning platforms.

Responsibilities

Perform duties per ENFRA policies, safety guidelines and project delivery expectations.
Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to the project team.
Execute tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
Conduct site surveys and reviews to determine facility conditions and energy measures.
Develop functional tests and pre-functional checklists for commissioning.
Use CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and results.
Oversee testing and validation of building system programming and energy conservation measures.
