Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist II to join the Technical Services team in Louisville, KY. The role involves evaluating, programming, optimizing, and testing building systems on-site or remotely, with a focus on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning scopes.

You will collaborate with project delivery teams, develop functional tests in CxAlloy, and implement energy conservation measures.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent in HVAC, energy management, building automation or related technical field.
7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and safety focus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

Perform duties in line with ENFRA policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.
Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery teams and manager on a regular basis.
Execute tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
Participate in site surveys and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
Contribute to design and submittal reviews for commissioning scope.
Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and tests.
Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests in CxAlloy.
Prepare technical reports and observations for project teams.
Implement energy conservation measures independently or with partners.
Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming and integration.
Provide on-site supervision of trade partners as required.
