Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist II to join our Technical Services team. You will evaluate, program, optimize, and test building systems on-site or remotely, focusing on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning with a solutions-based approach.

Expect to work with construction management, facilities teams, engineers and trade partners to deliver energy efficiency improvements. Travel up to 50% is required, and you’ll document your findings using CxAlloy and related

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in HVAC or building automation.
• +7 years of commissioning or related field experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per ENFRA policies and safety guidelines.
• Document and communicate issues to project team.
• Execute tasks and deliverables on time.
• Participate in site surveys and energy conservation measures.
• Develop functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming.
