The ideal candidate has a technical BA/BS, 7 years HVAC/building automation experience, 4 years supervisory, and knowledge of Windows, Excel, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical field.
• 7 years HVAC and building automation experience.
• 4 years supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Office.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with bargaining unit staff.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Alerton and Automated Logic systems.

Responsibilities

• Support energy conservation programs; upgrade HVAC controls and interfaces to improve energy performance.
• Develop and manage ongoing building automation training; supervise up to 15 staff.
• Oversee alarm reduction program; coordinate staff and contractors for ongoing issues.
• Program building automation, maintain security, perform upgrades and surveys.
