Responsibilities

• ENERGY MANAGEMENT: Support and analyze energy conservation initiatives, upgrade HVAC controls, and develop reports on energy usage.
• TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT: Develop and manage ongoing training for in-house staff; supervise up to 15 bargaining unit staff.
• BUILDING SYSTEMS: Oversee alarm reduction programs, commissioning support, and coordination of short and long term projects.
• SYSTEM MANAGEMENT: Manage programming, UI modifications, troubleshooting, and data backups for BAS servers and networks.
