Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree in a technical field with equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in HVAC and building automation installation and service or equivalent experience.
• HVAC and building automation systems experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Experience with working with unionized workforce.
• Knowledge of Alerton and Automated Logic Corp. systems a big plus.

Responsibilities

• ENERGY MANAGEMENT: Support, analysis, and reporting of energy conservation and management initiatives.
• Upgrades HVAC controls programming and interfaces to optimize energy performance.
• Participate in commissioning programs to monitor energy efficiency.
