Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks a Branch Manager to supervise field teams in maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment. You will oversee safety, labor productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction, leading a team of 4–10 employees.

The role is salaried exempt, with a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 plus annual and monthly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k). Travel within the local market is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry knowledge required.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market; occasional overnight travel.
• Must achieve NATE certification in first full year as Branch Manager.
• EPA Certification: Type I and II or Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports, blueprints and proposals.
• Assists employees in diagnosing HVAC equipment.
• Prepares estimates and proposals.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and identify improvements.
• Directs employees in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Maintains time and production records; supervises four to ten employees.
