Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, a subsidiary of Lennox International, seeks a Branch Manager to lead and coordinate HVAC service operations in the local market. You will supervise four to ten technicians, ensure safety, productivity and on-time project delivery, and manage inventory and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, P&L oversight, and the ability to travel locally. A two-year degree and relevant certifications are preferred, with room for growth within the

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge required.
• P&L management experience with a track record preferred.
• Willingness to travel in local market; occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Must achieve NATE certification in first full year as Branch Manager.
• EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated, competitive, high energy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; professional and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze and interpret reports, blueprints and proposals.
• Assist employees in diagnosing HVAC equipment.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Review financial statements and performance data to drive improvements.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials.
• Direct staff in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and train employees.
• Interpret specs and communicate policies to staff.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Motivate employees to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Supervise four to ten employees; interview, hire and train.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
