Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Automation Sr. Field Service Technician in Acton, MA, to serve as the technical expert for building automation and integrated systems.

You will diagnose, maintain, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring mission-critical systems operate safely and reliably. You will report to the Sr Service Manager and work on-site in Acton, MA, with advanced expertise in BAS, automation networks, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and servicing Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, or related technologies.
• 3+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, troubleshooting, DDC systems, and field service operations.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls; perform preventive maintenance and support upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot BAS networks; assist with system integration and cybersecurity considerations.
