Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an HV Testing Technician – Level 3 to manage testing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in substations and PV facilities. The role supports safety-driven operations with a strong emphasis on on-site coordination and reporting.

The candidate should be familiar with electrical test equipment, relay testing and NFPA 70E standards, and be able to work at remote locations or client sites as required. Full-time employment with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and read schematics.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E safety training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise site testing, maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform energized electrical work following safety standards.
• Prepare and review test reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and teammates on site.
