Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale substations, transmission, and distribution projects. This fully remote role requires coordinating with utility owners, EPC partners, and regulators to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility-scale substation experience.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize problems.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and NFPA 70E compliance.
• Oversee projects end-to-end from development to closeout.
• Interface with utility owners, EPC partners, and regulators.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage budgets and schedules; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide mentorship to Project Managers and engineers.
