Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale substations, transmission and distribution projects. This fully remote role requires strong leadership, safety culture, and deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, and utility standards.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, mentor junior staff, manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations, and interact with utility owners and EPC partners to

Qualifications

• 5+ years EPC utility-scale experience in design and/or construction of substations.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• NFPA 70e Qualified Person preferred; safety training on hazards required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to company policies, safety rules, and the Electrical Safety Manual.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety, quality, and accountability across project teams.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and change management for HV projects.
• Interface with utility owners, interconnecting utilities, EPC partners, and regulators.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from development through commissioning and closeout.
