Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in large-scale solar and high‑voltage projects, seeks a Senior HV Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end construction and commissioning from remote. You will interface with utility owners, EPC partners, and regulators to deliver safe, on‑time, on‑budget projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility-scale design or construction experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HV substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project teams and interface with utility owners and EPC partners.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate interconnection, protection & control, SCADA integration.
• Represent company at executive project meetings.
