Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end utility-scale substation, transmission, and distribution projects. This role is fully remote with interview-stage location discussions.

The ideal candidate will drive project delivery, manage interfaces with utility owners and EPC partners, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent HV initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in substation design and/or construction.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and electrical safety rules across projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as interface with utility owners, interconnecting utilities, EPC partners, and regulators.
• Direct and mentor project teams, establishing execution strategies aligned with contract scope.
