SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale substations, transmission, and distribution projects nationwide. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and alignment with utility standards.

This position is fully remote; location details will be discussed during interview. The PM will mentor engineers and project teams while coordinating with owners, EPC partners, and regulators to ensure successful project

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility-scale experience in substation design or construction.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification preferred; NFPA 70e knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and prioritize problems.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce adherence to company policies and safety rules.
• Ensure projects comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Lead lessons-learned reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver end-to-end utility-scale substations, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Interface with utility owners, interconnecting utilities, EPC partners, and regulators.
• Direct and mentor project managers and engineers.
• Coordinate protection, SCADA integration, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain client relationships and represent SOLV at executive meetings.
