Qualifications

• Experience leading HV substation design teams and evolving design standards.
• Strong leadership for multi-office engineering teams and project delivery.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and develop staff through coaching and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation design projects 230kV to 345kV.
• Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) for substation physical design.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations and studies.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams for integrated project delivery.
• Drive quality, standards development, and continuous improvement.
