Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams
• Deep expertise in HV substation design and standards
• Experience with AIS/GIS substations, grounding, protection systems
• Strong project management, budgeting, and client communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of HV substation projects 230kV–345kV.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for substation physical design and equipment layouts.
• Mentor engineers and manage staffing, utilization, and performance.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
