The role focuses on HV substation physical design, leading complex projects, mentoring staff, and driving business growth. Preferred locations include multiple US offices, with a hybrid work model and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15 years of related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation design projects from 230kV to 345kV and serve as EOR.
• Mentor engineers and designers, support staff development, and succession planning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for planning through startup.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
