Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in medium/high voltage substation design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Experience with NEC/NFPA Life Safety Codes and related standards.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to demonstrate capabilities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinate with Energy PMO.
• Develop technical approach, estimates, and manage staff.
