Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering (required).
• 20+ years in medium/high voltage substation design.
• PE license (required).
• Experience with NEC, NFPA Life Safety Codes and related standards.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to demonstrate capabilities and secure projects.
• Coordinate with Energy PMO leadership and client managers.
• Develop technical approaches and engineer estimates; organize the technical team.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and oversee design deliverables and schedules.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to quality management and safety standards.
