Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• P.E. license required.
• 7+ years in electric utility/EPC with HV substation design.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor docs and coordinate with sourcing team.
• Prepare BOM, develop concepts and provide single line diagrams and layout plans.
• Coordinate directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors on technical interfaces.
• Plan design reviews and report technical risks to line management and PM.
• Review Inspection and Test plans and attend FAT for major electrical equipment.
• List deviations and implement corrective actions in collaboration with PM.
• Answer technical site questions from an engineering perspective.
