Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Commissioning Engineer responsible for leading testing and commissioning activities for utility-scale high-voltage substations and battery energy systems. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of HV substations, BESS, and utility-scale PV facilities.
• 3–4 years’ experience performing high voltage switching operations.
• Experience developing commissioning plans and energization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, commissioning, and initial energization for high-voltage substations.
• Develop Testing & Commissioning Plans aligned with project specifications.
• Provide technical support post-energization and train junior staff.
