Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of HV substations, BESS, and utility-scale PV facilities.
- 3-4 years’ experience performing high voltage switching operations.
- NETA Certification (Level II, III, or IV).
Responsibilities
- Lead initial energization activities for HV substations and BESS facilities.
- Develop testing and commissioning plans aligned with project specifications.
- Perform high voltage switching operations as required.
