The AES Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager HV to drive high-voltage projects from early design through energization and turnover. You will work across a matrixed organization with EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and partners to deliver safe, reliable gas-generation initiatives.

This role requires leading scopes such as substations, transformer installations, protection systems, SCADA interfaces, and commissioning activities while managing schedules, budgets

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Typically 10+ years of HV design, construction, commissioning or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or manage substations, switchyards and related HV assets.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan, schedule, budget and risk register.
• Coordinate EPC partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality plans and regulatory compliance across the project.
• Lead project status reviews and communicate progress and risks.
