Job summary

XP Power's HVHP division seeks a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to drive high-voltage, high-power projects from concept to design readiness. You will own projects, perform hands-on design, and mentor junior engineers across sites.

You will document findings for stakeholders, review schematics/PCB designs, and represent HVHP in cross-site discussions. A strong background in high voltage DC power supply design and leadership of development projects is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analog and digital circuit analysis skills.
• Deep expertise in high voltage DC power supply design.
• Experience mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
• Programming in C, LabVIEW or MATLAB is desirable.
• Excellent communication and cross-site collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of HVHP projects from concept to design-ready maturity.
• Document and present HV technology findings to stakeholders.
• Lead schematic creation, PCB reviews, breadboarding and testing.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across sites.
• Represent HVHP in cross-site design reviews and technical discussions.
