Qualifications

• BS degree with 8+ years or MS with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years in Electrical Engineering, focused on PID controls.
• Power Electronics converter design, modeling, build and test experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of SiC/GaN for power conversion and analog circuit design.
• Magnetics and design principles, multi-physics simulations, and prognostics/health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design power conversion and control circuits from high level requirements.
• Model, simulate, select components, breadboard, test and troubleshoot.
• Develop robust product architecture and ensure producibility.
• Collaborate across teams for product and application requirements.
• Produce verification reports, MTBF and life-cycle documentation.
