Job summary

Intersect Power is seeking a Senior HV Operations & Maintenance Leader to guide strategy, governance, and field execution for a growing utility-scale fleet. You will manage a specialized team across 34.5kV–500kV assets, coordinating outages, emergency responses, and critical diagnostics with Engineering, Reliability, and Compliance teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; P.E. license preferred.
• 15+ years in HV engineering and operations 34.5kV–500kV.
• Proven leadership of field-based HV maintenance teams.
• Experience with relay protection, coordination studies, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a fleet-wide HV maintenance team while upholding safety.
• Direct complex HV maintenance activities, inspections, and diagnostics.
• Coordinate outages, recoveries, and major repair events across sites.
• Lead technical investigations and manage protection setting changes.
