Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to manage HV construction operations effectively. This fully remote position requires oversight of utility-scale projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of quality and accountability within project teams.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of EPC utility scale experience and hold relevant professional certifications. The compensation range for this role is between $144,790.00 and $180,990.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to company policies and utility safety rules.
• Ensure projects comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external coordination across engineering and operations.

Skills

EPC utility scale experience

Professional Engineer License

PMP certification

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

Licensed Professional Engineer or similar
