Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior High Voltage Estimator to lead the estimating effort for complex renewable energy projects, including substations, transmission lines, and medium voltage networks. This role guides cross-functional teams and provides mentorship to junior estimators.

You will own the estimation process from RFP to final bid, coordinating with civil, structural, and electrical engineers while focusing on accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction estimating experience, preferably in renewables.
• Strong knowledge of substations, transmission and distribution systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from takeoffs, RFPs, and bid packages.
• Review specs and drawings; participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with civil/structural/electrical teams during design and estimating.
• Lead and mentor junior estimators; ensure complete documentation.
