Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a driven Pre-Construction Manager to lead planning and execution for high‑voltage substations, solar, and transmission EPC projects.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with procurement to align engineering and construction activities. The role emphasizes risk assessment, change management, and strong collaboration with project controls, engineering leadership, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical discipline; 6–8 years in energy infrastructure EPC.
• PE/PMP/CCM certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and identify risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead pre-construction planning from award through turnover.
• Develop long-lead equipment plans and BOMs for major project equipment.
• Coordinate scopes for solar, BESS, substations, and transmission infra.
• Maintain project schedules with project controls and construction.
• Manage procurement activities and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
