Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Senior High Voltage Estimator to lead pre-construction estimates for renewable energy projects, including substations and transmission networks. You will drive accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability by coordinating with civil, structural, and electrical teams and mentoring junior staff.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction estimating, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and proficiency with Accubid Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably renewables or related.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimation process for complex energy projects including substations and transmission lines.
• Lead and mentor junior estimators and coordinate with civil, structural and electrical teams.
• Review specs and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare detailed estimates.
• Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and bid packages for client submission.
