Job summary

La Crosse County in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Human Services Program Supervisor for the Integrated Support & Recovery Services (ISRS) Division. This role provides operational oversight of CLTSW, CCS, CCOP, and Birth to 3 services, focusing on policy translation, compliance, and data systems management.

You will supervise social workers and a mental health professional, guide service delivery, and collaborate with state partners to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field required.
• Two years of related leadership experience required.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with five years of leadership experience.
• Experience translating policy into compliant workflows within CLTSW/CCS/CCOP/Birth to 3.
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff ensuring policy adherence.
• Provide reflective supervision and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliant documentation per Medicaid and CLTSW.
• Monitor staff productivity and workload against benchmarks.
• Lead program operations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee referrals, eligibility determinations, waitlists, and service authorizations.
• Coordinate with State DHS and external partners.
• Travel as required for meetings.
