• Ability to operate with ambiguity across a multi-site organization.
• Spanish language ability at beginner/intermediate level.
• Onsite role with travel approximately 50%.

The Human Resources Director leads the HR function across multiple countries and locations, aligning with global strategy while tailoring solutions to local market needs. The role is a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team, driving performance, capability, culture, and compliance for a complex, multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering: Advise leadership on workforce, culture, and organizational effectiveness; translate business priorities into people strategies that drive productivity and margin.
• Talent & leadership: Lead the talent agenda, build succession pipelines and internal mobility, and coach managers and emerging leaders.
• Culture & change: Act as a culture architect and lead transformation, integration, and change initiatives across the region.
• Employee & industrial relations: Lead union / works council engagement, advise on complex or high-risk employee matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.
• HR operations: Oversee HR operations, HRIS, analytics, and annual processes (compensation cycles), driving data integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of diverse HR experience, supporting a multi-site / multi-state employee population in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience in both union and non-union environments
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (Mexico and Canada a plus)
• Strong business acumen, communication, and project management skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity across a multi-site environment
• Ability to speak Spanish at a beginner or intermediate level
• Onsite role with travel approximately 50%
