• BSc/BA with proven experience as HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures including employment/labor laws

• 3+ years payroll processing experience using HRIS system. Previous Paycom and Paycom implementation preferred.

Job Description

A start up in the semiconductor manufacturing space is looking for a success driven Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and training and development.
