Senior Human Resources Generalist (remote)

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, leave management, and workers compensation.

Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Advise managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and STD.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks and conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain systems and ensure accurate employee data tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Knowledge of Google (G-Suite), Google Docs, Forms, Chat, GVC, ServiceNow, LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong understanding of HR Operations
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Although this role is remote, you must live within a 90-minute commute of Wipro/Client’s office locations in Phoenix, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, or Portland, OR to facilitate training, in-person meetings, and other requirements.
