Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and workers' compensation matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support training and organizational development programs.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements.

One of LHH's client located in Passaic County, NJ is looking for a full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This growing organization seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support employees and leadership across multiple departments. This role serves as a key HR partner responsible for employee relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has experience supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and workers' compensation matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support training and organizational development programs.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within the manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance management matters.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting employees in a multi-site, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, or service environment.
