• Broad HR generalist responsibilities with staffing, onboarding, employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and coaching managers.
• Proficiency with HRIS such as ADP, UKG, Workday, Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Manage employee relations concerns, investigations, and corrective action support.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave processes, and employee records.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare reports that identify workforce trends and support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and help update HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and coaching managers through employee issues.
• Proficiency with an HRIS such as ADP, UKG, Workday, Paylocity, or a comparable system.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Salary Range $90,000 to $105,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time position
• 100% onsite
