Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established Anaheim manufacturing company to hire a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist. The role supports employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. California labor laws knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential. This on-site position offers growth across HR functions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in HR, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management.
  • Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance.
  • Administer onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Maintain HRIS records and employee personnel files.
  • Support benefits administration and answer related questions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims.
  • Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and support special projects as needed.

Job description

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Anaheim that is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong employee relations experience, knowledge of California labor laws, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management.
  • Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance.
  • Administer onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Maintain HRIS records and employee personnel files.
  • Support benefits administration and answer employee benefit-related questions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims.
  • Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and support special projects as needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
