Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program at the HQ USSOCOM level. The role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and expert input to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility are required for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of experience in a designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems with ingenuity and innovation.
• Leads and informs programmatic decisions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and certify or non-certify treatments, and provide written clinical rationales.
• Organize and identify medical records for workers' compensation cases.
• Monitor timeliness of reviews to meet applicable standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide meetings to communicate information through command hierarchy.
• Drive strategic planning and data integration to advance technical readiness across global SOF units.
