Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to lead enterprise-level human performance initiatives across the POTFF program.

You will serve as a technical authority, guiding policy, synchronization, and readiness enhancements for global SOF units. You will mentor embedded staff, advise senior leaders, and drive innovative training and research to support mission-critical wellbeing and performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in one or more recognized performance/health disciplines.
• 10+ years experience in performance programs, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for human performance within POTFF.
• Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and program synchronization across components and theaters.
• Mentor embedded performance staff and advise senior leaders.
