Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to support mission-critical work within the POTFF program. This role requires overseeing human performance initiatives and ensuring optimal mission effectiveness across various commands.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, relevant certifications, and over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years embedded in USSOCOM's performance programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in human performance.
• Experience in collegiate and professional athletic environments.
• Demonstrated ability in planning and conducting training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and coordination within the POTFF program.
• Mentor operational health and performance professionals.
• Lead policy development and data integration efforts.
