Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to support mission-critical work across a large, globally distributed program. You will supervise contractor personnel and drive initiatives to optimize physical, psychological, social, and cognitive readiness for Warfighters.

The role requires managing staff, coordinating with contracting teams, and supporting rotations and deployments across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• PMP or PgMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Supports large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience.
• Supervises large, globally distributed programs and guides contractor personnel and leadership teams.
• Promotes a culture of resilience and readiness across high-performance teams and their families.
• Manages task order performance, including scope, schedule, costs, staffing, training and development.
