Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to support mission-critical work on a large, global program. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure readiness, resilience, and optimized performance across CONUS and OCONUS deployments.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret, and travel up to 35%. Fort Bragg, NC location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in human performance programs.
• Experience with CONUS/OCONUS operations.
• PM/PgMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Support large, globally distributed military health programs.
• Serve as PM supervising complex program activities and contractor personnel.
• Promote resilience and readiness through program activities for Warfighter readiness.
• Manage task order performance including scope, schedule and costs, as well as personnel management.
