Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to support mission-critical work on a global program. You will help ensure readiness and resilience of Warfighter personnel across multiple locations, supervising teams and coordinating staffing, training, and professional development.

The role requires 10+ years in human performance programs, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Supports large, globally distributed military programs focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience.
• Acts as PM, supervising large, globally distributed programs including scope, schedule and costs.
• Provides guidance and leadership to contracting teams and junior staff.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas required by the customer.
• Performs additional duties as required.
