Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end data project delivery, staffing, production, quality, and on-time shipping. You will assemble the right experts, drive production, and ensure frontier-standard quality across multiple concurrent projects from a remote setup across Latam, the US, and beyond.

You will orchestrate staffing, calibrate contributors, and enforce strict QC to prevent defects, guiding the team toward on-time, high-quality outcomes for complex AI/ML data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program/delivery management, technical project management, or data operations, ideally in AI/ML data, evaluation, or annotation.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice to have.
• Familiar with frontier models evaluation, rubrics, pass rates, and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Project execution: take scoped engagements through staffing, production, QC, and delivery; own timeline and throughput across concurrent projects.
• Expert orchestration: staff projects from expert pools, brief and calibrate contributors, manage output and utilization, keep production moving with minimal quality drift.
• Quality control: run QC structures on every deliverable—calibration layers, severity-weighted rubrics, deterministic verifiers, evidence maps.
