Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a capable project coordinator to serve as the day-to-day contact for AI data projects, ensuring smooth workflows and operations across teams.

This role requires strong collaboration with program leads and domain experts to translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines. This position also involves onboarding and supporting new experts as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• STEM background strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects.
• Strong data management skills with Excel and SQL; basic coding knowledge.
• Prior people management experience or ability to lead large groups.
